The interviewer needs to
realize you believe you can fit in at the organization easily. That means you
can be the part of the set of working responsibilities, as well as you're fit
with the organization culture. You have to understand the reasons why others
appreciate working there. The answer must be genuine. If the employer feels
you're simply "disclosing them what they heard from everyone," but
you actually didn’t mean anything about it and simply telling them in sake of
saying it. All things considered, the meeting is over in their brain. They need
to realize this isn't only a company and paycheck.
