Job Description

  • Contract and Vendor Management: Dealing with all sellers; Checking and guaranteeing convenient installment of every service bill like phone, power, wash room and so on. Making and keeping up AMC contracts.
  • Office Management: Maintain cleanliness of storeroom, workstations and by and large office premises. Dealing with office and its framework. In charge of documentation for all administrator related methodology. Foundation and Asset the board including activity and support. Screen the usage of all the framework offices. 
  • Screen the work done by the housekeeping staff and address if there should be an occurrence of any issue. Watch the obligations of the security monitors and make a note for their further improvement
  • Occasion Management: Event Management, Helping HR in worker commitment exercises.
  • Others : Assisting for employments like local and global ticket appointments, visa, drafting letters, subsequent meet-ups, planning gatherings, Hotel reservation and vehicle reserving for visitors Renewing licenses, Arranging blessings , procedure cost shapes, Process month to month billings from protection suppliers. Survey billings for precision, codes and advances for installment.
  • Wanted Skills: Good English Communication Skills, Computer Savvy, Expertise in MS Office Proactive, Good listening capacity and Multitasking.
  • Capability : B.Com/MBA in HR and ADMIN.
