Job Description
This Role exists to support New products establishments and Horizontal deployment of existing products of Bonded Std and Coated products for
Industrial Applications to the customers / clusters where we don’t have share of business. This job focusses on the below activities
- Targeting Clusters region wise, product group wise
- Capturing ongoing trends – in terms of Process, Materials, Quality requirements
- Capturing VOC of customers and translating to design inputs to R&D
- Driving the change in Grinding / Sanding process
- Product recommendations for Grinding solutions and benchmark equivalents
- Demonstrate and drive product safety with customers and build it as competitive edge
- Product Establishment and Closing sale Technically through Systems Approach
- Imports & Domestic Substitute
- Product upgradation
- Creating Opinion leaders – to translate to other regions
- Training CUMI & Dealer SE’s
