  • In charge of leading preparing for specialist counsels, update of preparing modules operator advancement. 
  • Conduct preparing modules for Agent Advisors Conducting FCS, BCS ,ICS and ACS Conducting GIDs and IIDs Conducting PRP and FOD as and when required Look in the wake of preparing coordinations Schedule instructional meetings 
  • Ensure more extensive interest of specialists in projects Monitor advancement of operators consistently Seek ordinary input from specialists , Sales Managers, Office Head Ensure that operators pursue moral and moral principles when managing customers Monitor Agent improvement Update preparing material Review present preparing material Scan condition Incorporate criticism from Agents, Customers, SMs, Ps, MPs Ensure that the specialists get refreshed and persistent data on items Facilitate self-advancement of specialists
Wanted Candidate Profile

  • The Candidate must have learning and involvement in deals/preparing in Life Insurance. 
  • Intelligent reasoning 
  • Must almost certainly propel operators 
  • Ought to act naturally persuaded, self-starter.
