Job Description
- Area of operation – Mangalore and Udupi belt.
- Reporting to Branch Office based in Bangalore.
- Preferably person from retail background
- Accountable for store sales/ profitability and also new store growth.
- They will be interacting with Store CSR on daily basis. Tracking each store customer footfall and regular follow up with CSR on Tele calling.
- Responsible for store hygiene includes display of machine/additives, other day to day store operations, interaction with vendors, coordinating with billing and logistics team on deliveries and dispatches.
- Coordinating with marketing team to generate and increase the customer footfall in the store.
- Tracking the enquiries of the leads generated from Marketing Activities.
- Preparing monthly reports on MS excel/word , PowerPoint presentation.
- Regular interaction with franchise owners and support the FOFO stores.
