Job Description

  • Dealing customers, listening their queries and resolving them ASAP.
  • Handling all service activities.
  • Resolving all type of service complaints.
  • Guiding & leading team members to delight customers.
  • Maintaining monthly and daily service related reports.
  • Maintaining relationship with existing customers via telephone calls.
  • Responding incoming emails and phone queries.
  • Customer support & Sales Coordinator.
  • Making Outbound Calls and receive calls.
  • Organizing customer meet.
