Job Description

  • The essential target of the job is to convey top notch administration to the clients through the viable administration and authority of the Quality group and going about as a guide and mentor to the Quality.
  • Minimum 4 years of work involvement in Healthcare BPO Industry with at any rate 2 years involvement in current job.
  • Strong Knowledge of Medical Coding.
  • Delivering Quality framework according to concurred SLA for the group
  • Implement &monitor inspecting strategy
  • Manage QA capacitization
  • Participate in organization. activities.
  • Identify process improvement openings and drive towards conclusion.
  • Responsible to make Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis.
  • Preparing Quality Forms and breaking down information from assessments to plan floor Training Needs.
  • Designing activity plans for the range of abilities to enhance the Customer Satisfaction files (Resolution and Good Customer Experience)
  • Track and dissect blunders.
  • Initiate and guide improvement ventures.
