Job Description

  • Establishment and setup of Windows based working frameworks (Windows Xp, Vista,7&8) .
  • Programming establishments and investigating of a wide range of client situated field issues, organize setting for TCP/IP and Internet setup.
  • Investigating of a wide range of Hardware and programming applications issues.
  • Designing and investigating of Desktop/Laptops for L1 and L2 reinforcement and recuperation.
  • Designing and investigating of printer, scanner and LAN related issues announced by clients .
  • Establishment and arranging of remote Data Cards in clients workstations.
  • Introduction in Active Directory client creation and cancellation.
  • Upkeep and Troubleshooting of network issues utilizing Ping, Trace course.
  • Investigating equipment, programming and systems administration issues.
  • Client bunch strategies creation and adjustment.
  • Observing of infection issues through Symantec Endpoint Protection antivirus.
  • Standard information and mail reinforcement of MS standpoint (PST records).
  • Secret key creation and resetting to end clients through remote work area.
  • Great involvement in designing and investigating of MS Outlook 2007/10/13 or Outlook Express .
