Job Description
- Review of EPC & OEM contracts for following up on Bank Guaranty ,
tracking of SCADA data for billing of Deemed Generation as per
contracts. Also track the guaranteed Generation ,Plant uptime availability ,
performance ratio annually & claiming of same in case of short fall
- Coordinate with O &M vendor for joint meter readings along with Client
representative, Invoicing, Deemed Generation, payment follow ups,
monitor payment delays & penalty invoices in case of delayed
payments.
- Performance monitoring and Quality Audits of Rooftop Projects
- Preventive and Corrective maintenance & Scheduling of the plant.
- Provide timely written review reports from field operation, status, and
constructive feedback.
- Ensure that all O&M activities performed at project sites complies with
OEM (original equipment manufacturer) requirements and warranties
- Record and report all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences,
as well as the time and materials.
- Responsible for all required repairs, maintenance, and monitoring of all
warranty claims.
- Knowledge & working experience on PVsyst software .
