- Activity and support of Utility Services - DG Set, UPS System, STP, WTP, Electrical.
- Frameworks, Fire Protection Systems, Sprinkler System, Plumbing System, Housekeeping and Security Services of various destinations of Colliers.
- Readiness and usage of arrangements and methods.
- Change of private and business properties.
- Readiness of perceptions and catching up with the concerned group for early conclusion of pending perceptions.
- Coordination with the sellers of all other steady administrations including stopping the board.
- Guarantee to meet Service Level Agreement.
- Remodel of whole CCTV, Access framework, PAS, FAS, Intercom, Sprinkler framework and so forth.
