Job Description
- Checking and controlling the HT and LT voltage boards, Fire Equipments, all Air dealing with units (AHU), Fan loop unit (FCU), Treated outside air (TFA).
- Unique consideration in treatment of exceptionally combustible materials, oil, HSD, LPG and synthetic concoctions.
- Completing preventive support of Chillers, heated water generator and Boilers conveyed according to guidance manuals.
- Upkeep and checking of nature of water through water channels for pool, and delicate water for drinking and other use.
- Taking care of and upkeep of extras, lubes, fuel and so on in the Engineering Store; which is a basic zone in support of zero breakdowns level and convey moment results.
- Kept up records of all types of gear according to SOP.
- Taking care of BMS SYSTEMS for HVAC, Preventive Measures and breakdowns introduced in the property.
- Careful learning of electrical wiring and boards utilized in different applications.
- Set up the Daily HLP and Monthly HLP reports, Co-work report,
- Set up the Work Orders and their culmination authentications for work by Vendors, Contractors.
- Keep the records of Engineering store things and those things which are to be mentioned to Purchase Department.
- Keep the records of all vendors,quotations and bills.
- Keep the records of all types of gear test reports.
