Job Description

  • Corporate sales experience preferably in hotel, aviation & Travel sales
  • Candidate is required to develop a relationship with corporate C-suites
  • Should have consultative/entrepreneurial bent of mind to generate leads and close sales.
  • Should have a stable career track record in sales.
  • Full sales cycle ownership - lead generation to conversion along with revenue metrics.
  • Sales planning and achieving sales targets.
  • Generating business from new accounts and expanding existing client base to achieve consistent profitability.
  • To keep an eye on big ticket clients and do key account management of the same.
  • Responsible for new business development and to ensure consistent flow of new revenue for the company.
  • Responsible for developing a sales strategy to ensure that sales targets and revenue goals are achieved.
  • To ensure deliverables are met within the timeframe of all the sales process.
  • Continuous interaction with all stake holders to ensure all the area of concern can be worked upon for improved service levels.
  • Develops and maintains effective network within the business community and industry.
  • Develop, maintain and nurture long term relationships with top accounts and key client decision-makers.
  • Leading, training and monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales, and meeting of individual and group targets.
  • Imparting training to new recruits and making them wiser to achieve their pre-planned business targets
