l Effort estimation for the allocated tasks / work assignment and tracking the same to completion in a timely manner
l Analyze, design, coordinate, supervise and hands on development of web applications and APIs
l Ensure proper usage of state-of-the-art JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS and Redux
l Build efficient, testable cross platform and reusable web components
l Responsible for review and accurate development against business requirements
l Enforce adherence to coding standards
l Ongoing addition/ update to technical documentation of respective functionality
l Be an active member of the development team to contribute to team dynamics, ways of working and assisting with improvement opportunities
l It is expected that you manage the full web tech stack solution right from the web interface to the backend database layer
Work Experience (Required):
l Must have total 6 to 10 years of work experience in development environment
l Understand software development principles and technology with the ability to guide other developers & collaborate on technical information with various team.
