  • To keep up and create HR strategies, guaranteeing consistence to administrative prerequisites and to add to the advancement of the HR Function.
  • Oversee all representative advantage programs with combination with the Department Heads.
  • Sourcing, Profiles screening, short posting, Interviewing, Appointment Order, On-Boarding, Induction.
  • Participation, Payroll, Competency Mapping, Appraisal Management, Salary Revisions, Grievance Handling, representative welfare, worker fulfillment.
  • Do Gap Analysis and Initiate activity dependent on reviews and concentrates on representative fulfillment, well being, and pay.
  • Managing the everyday authoritative necessities .
  • Organizing with Travel Agencies for Airlines and Railway appointments, Hotel appointments and Car game plans for workers and visitor.
  • Oversee and deal with throughout the everyday office managerial exercises
  • Tracking Visiting Cards, Utility Payments, Printing of Stationary
  • In charge of the Upkeep of the workplace.
