Job Description

  • Developing people (direct or indirect line management) on a continuous basis, taking into account the needs of the organisation and the aspirations of the people
  • "Manage the IT assets within its perimeter and the impacts on interfaces :
    • Apply the rules to preserve the perenniality of the IT assets, in an ""Evergreen approach"" (limited number of versions, supported software, obsolescence ...)
    • Control the complexity and costs of the system (TCO) with a long term vision (Maximize the reuse of solutions)
  • Organize collaboration between IT teams on the one hand, and with partners (business, external and internal partners) on the other hand, and know how to reserve room for manoeuvre to be put at the service of others
  • Execute IT strategy by
    • Declaring arbitrations on the build and run perimeters
    • Adapting capacities
    • Proposing priorities
    • Controlling budgets
    • By guaranteeing user satisfaction
  • Inspire and engage its teams and partners by driving a dynamic of continuous progress and innovation within the agreed quality framework.
