- Responsible for end to end recruitment process.
- Responsible for closing all the open positions- full time & contract.
- Stakeholder management
- Screening, scheduling the interview with panel and closure.
- Maintaining Daily / Weekly / Monthly reports.
- Advertise and posting it in different channels.
- Support weekend recruitment drive and Campus placements.
- Masters in HRM with 5 – 8 years Mandatory experience in recruitment function for Automotive Tier1/ OEM/ Engineering based company & have handled the above mentioned responsibilities.
- Should be open to support/ handle other functions of HR based on the business need.
