Job Description
- Regulate nursing understudies in clinical research centers where they are instructed how to perform basic nursing aptitudes, for example, changing of dressings, organization of meds or other hand-on errands.
- Perform consistent supervision of understudy nurture even after they have aced the fundamental abilities and have started to work with patients.
- Make scholastic projects in concurrence with the directions of the state which applies to nursing instruction.
- Do assessments on the effectiveness of scholarly projects and change them as required.
- Build up, participate in and aid the advancement of clinical information and abilities of existing and current medical attendants.
- Do an assessment of medical attendants and confirming them dependent on skill where required.
