  • Group Management - Managing a Team of Quality Insight Analyst for adjusted Processes.
  • Quality Activities - Documentation for Transaction Monitoring
  • Keeping Track on Process Trends
  • Analyze and Report Trends in Agents/Process execution
  • Implement remedial activity designs as and when required
  • Participate in quality frameworks improvement exercises utilizing six sigma techniques
  • Recommend activities to improve exchange Quality through new quality instruments and Motivational
  • Dip check consistence - Weekly premise
  • Calibration consistence - Weekly premise
  • Weekly and Monthly reports - Weekly and Monthly premise
  • Identify base Quartile and ventures to improve them.
  • Analyze and Report Trends in Agents/Process execution

What you have to succeed:

  • 2 years of relevant involvement in contact focus quality affirmation lead liked.
  • Bachelor's Degree or important experience.
  • Working learning of client administration evaluation instruments, i.e., Net Promoter Score,CSAT.
