  • Quality Audit
  • Aggregate information from Vendors (Improvement plans, Quality Audit shapes, and so forth.) - Monthly
  • Look at information slants and break down the patterns - Monthly/Quarterly
  • Assist in Quality review process robotization and manual exertion decrease
  • Adjustment
  • Perform seller adjustment exercises over the contract to resign cycle
  • Support in adjusting different Vendor related exercises, activities and projects for example Accreditation Program, Rewards and Recognition
  • Client Feedback and Insights
  • Review client input in help of structure noteworthy experiences to drive execution enhancements over our sellers
  • Analyze the client input, arrange it and approve the Root source investigation for negative feed backs
  • Favored involvement in SOX and CRM
