  • Participate in the development of yearly methodology for different classifications in the area, related to Head Sales and Category Heads
  • Plan for ideal inclusion by channel and by geology, related to Head Sales
  • Identify and give contributions to Category Heads on potential development territories
  • Ensure arrangement of vital concentration among HO and area
  • Identify approaches to expand volumes and piece of the pie crosswise over classifications
  • Establish a powerful procedure for guaging deals volume (both top down and base up) crosswise over classifications
  • Ensure adherence to deals plan and SKU-wise accessibility according to standards
