Job Description
- We are looking for a Retail Store Head will's identity in charge of generally speaking activity of the store including amplifying deals, creating staff, controlling costs and deficiencies and all parts of promoting, stock control and money the board for respective locations.
- Selecting, contracting, driving and instructing deals group to guarantee development and gainfulness through KPI's
- Checking leads and branch objective achievement to drive deals results
- Observing all parts of branch stock and money the board including Shrinkage control
- Taking care of part objections through to goals
- Experience: Overall 3 years of involvement in any settled Retail group Minimum 3 Years of involvement in Leadership Role is compulsory to be qualified.
