Job Description

(i) Generate New leads through cold calling , Networking and referrals.

(ii) Develop and Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

(iii) Conduct regular visits to clients locations to understand their needs, provide product information, and offer solutions tailored to their requirements.

(iv) Present and demonstrate products , highlighting features , benefits and value propositions to potential customers.

(v) Negotiate pricing , contracts and terms of sale with clients to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring profitability.

(vi) Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, logistics and customer service to coordinate efforts and ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

(vii) Stay updated on industry trends , Market dynamics, competitor activities and product developments to identify opportunities and threats.

(viii) Prepare accurate sales reports , forecasts , plans detailing activities .

(ix) Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
