Technical sales executive to join our growing sales team. To ensure success as a technical sales executive, you should have strong knowledge of cybersecurity, and software, a passion for sales, and the ability to travel. Technical Sales Executive Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing potential new customers through various inbound and outbound channels.
  • Connecting with customers to discuss the products and services over email and phone.
  • Retaining and renewing customers by maintaining regular contacts.
  • Generate leads through digital marketing and customer connects.
  • Demonstrating the technical features and benefits of our product and services.
  • Composing RFP documents, customer proposals, Purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Develop sustainable customer relationships by engaging with both IT and business users.
  • Gather customer requirements and communicate with the engineering team to implement the requested solution.

Technical Sales Executive Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a sales executive.
  • Strong technical skills related to IT, security, networking, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of computer systems, applications, and Office Software.
  • Ability to meet sales and commission targets.
  • Enthusiasm for customer service and customer success.
  • Well-versed with lead generation and sales channel marketing.
  • Success in managing both inbound and outbound sales motions
