§ He must attend Aircity HVAC’s trainings and other meetings as and when organized/required by the company.
§ He/She has to create and send various MIS to the management and adhere to the policies and processes of Aircity HVAC
§ He must take feedback and document the same in a timely manner.
§ He must resolve complaints within defined TATs.
§ He must undertake any other task assigned by Aircity HVAC’s management.
§ He must understand and be able to follow all instructions from Company’s Head accountant and CA.
