Job Description

• As an Engineering Delivery Management Role, you will:
  
• Deploy the adequate Practices and Tools tailored (for SEM and WPM) to reach the required maturity according to Project/Product delivery challenges
  
• Work with the discipline delivery team to make them efficient, identify gaps and associated actions to support delivery continuous improvement
  
• Capitalise and share knowledge and assets dedicated to delivery discipline
  
• Manage, develop people/skills & allocation to products/projects
  
• Take in charge Delivery Lead Staffing (SEM, WPM, Tribe Leader, Chief Product Owner) on project/product with respect to PPM/PMs
• requests
  
• Represent the CC in project reviews
  
• Reviews of Engineering Deliverability for bids (engineering strategy & plan, schedule, solution maturity, risk reduction & risk mitigations, acceptance strategy, certification, resourcing, E2 strategy, estimates, contingency)
  
• Contribute on Bids/Products and Projects peer reviews to reduce engineering risks and increase confidence to deliver
