Job Description

• Expansion of the Brand in Mall EBO / Kiosk format in the regions assigned through extensive market search and as per budget and criteria.
• Location analysis based on feasibility of business and the brand benchmarks.
• P&L assessment with Business Heads to ensure sustainability of the store.
• Handling project delivery from the vendor for the retail outlets as per Brand SOPs .
• Vendor Management which includes proper branding implementation and executions, ensuring timely delivery for on time store launch.
• Prompt execution of Lease agreements in coordination with the Legal team and the mall management.
• Rental renegotiation with the landlords / mall leasing team (whenever necessary) to ensure operational feasibility, assuring long term association and maximizing profitability.
• Handling disputes arising from the mall management, timely payment of rental and amenities in coordination with finance.
