7. Professional Client Management skills (Installation, training, test run, sample development, etc. )
8. QC analysis as per production standard, Zero rejection / Rework ratio for machinery in production with the cost (time / Money / labor).
9. Solving Any Client Escalated query / complain in Define TAT (Turn around Time.)
10. Team work , Team building Hiring ,identify & providing training and Retention of team
11. Behavior, Self Development, Grooming, Planning and organizing work.
