Summary of the position:
This position is responsible for project sales of Audio and Video SI solutions and products in the assigned business territory. You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important large customers as well as developing new relationships with Key Accounts. Position will be responsible for achieving and/or exceeding annual sales Targets and assigned account objectives as well as meeting profitable bottom lines.

Responsibilities:
• Identify new opportunities, profitability improvements and strengthen current customer relationships (Pro audio, Broadcast Audio, Multimedia and AV).
• Work with the Audio (Pro audio, Broadcast Audio, Multimedia and AV) team, creating new strategic partnerships with brands and firms for executing projects.
• Plan and execute marketing strategies on online market sales and lead generation.
• Develop sales plan based on monthly goals and forecast.
• Keep track of box sales business and maintain minimum ordered stock management.
• Coordinate with Dispatch team for timely deliveries of box sale products.
• Coordinate with Operations teams for Technical Operations on proposal development and problem resolution.
• B2B client Handling.
• Ensure planned execution of Box sales and projects execution.
• Coordinate with Design team in developing new designs and undertake needful correction done with the help of team for Audio studio projects.
• Ensuring that the execution team is aware of design challenges and well prepared to build setups.
• Prepare monthly/ quarterly Sales reports and analysis.
• Participate in project meetings and oversee project status.
• Coordinate with project manager for project delivery.
• Ensure consistency in all levels of service and installations.
• Travel to project sites as required to ensure quality and build customer relations.
• Provide recommendations to the client on equipment enhancements and capital projects based on current industry trends and new technology available
• Produces scopes of work and manages progress from design through installation.
