Role Responsibilities
· Work closely with members of software engineering and product teams to build new features and enhancements.
· Adhere to best practices in terms of code quality, test and development practices.
· Work with the UI/UX design team to translate vision to code and produce visual elements of the platform
· Build reusable code and libraries for future use
· Optimise UI for maximum speed and scalability
· Acting as the Frontend SME for Tech Leads on tactical initiatives, providing optimal solutions to technical issues
· Work with other members of the Frontend team to review and improve code quality
· Mentor members of the Frontend team, guiding them through complex challenges and championing improvements to current ways of working
Keep up to date on industry trends, innovations and new technologies, recommending changes to existing practices where applicable
