Roles and Responsibilities as a Sourcing Manager:
Ø Working with one of the leading housing solutions platform, the candidate will be handling regions in Mumbai (especially Mira Road, Malad ) and will drive top line by efficiency in business by acquiring new avenues.
Ø Owning and executing all plans for developing business and achieving the set goals.
Ø The candidate will be responsible for strategizing
Ø The candidate will be responsible for local marketing initiatives, identifying expansion
Ø Opportunities and scaling up the business.
Ø Evangelize the channel partners and taking initiative to close deals personally.
Ø Provide visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of sales lifecycle.
Ø Brand management in the area and providing exceptional customer experience.
Ø Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet sales objectives.
Ø Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both internally & externally.
