· 6-15 years of overall development experience, with at least 5+ years of experience in design, development, maintenance, enhancements for Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter
· Hands on Experience with GW version 7/8/9/10 (Configuration and Integration)
· Strong experience on java and Gosu to build and maintain general insurance policy, claims
· Good experience in Guidewire PC/CC configurations, customizations, third party integrations and incident/problem management
· Working knowledge and experience of developing RESTFUL and SOAP services
· Hands on exposure to GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, Rally, SVN, JMS messaging queues
· Knowledge on XML and build scripts like Ant, logging mechanisms like log4j, slf4j
· Good to have exposure to application servers like IBM websphere, BEA weblogic server
· Able to create solution design recommendations and effectively present solution options for implementation with estimates
· Good communication skills and experience in working directly with client stakeholders
· Energetic and enthusiastic self-starter, Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance
· Good analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities, with a strong attention to details
