All activities related to “SAFETY” in the Plant will be under the direct responsibility of the Plant Manager.
Effective Implementation of technical Integrity management.
Ensuring compliance to OISD and PNGRB regulations & Ensuring timely closure of audit points – Internal and external
Ensuring healthy relationship is maintained with all statutory and local stake holders
Conduct regular Safety training, emergency mock drills, safety committee meetings, safety awareness programs, safety competitions, safety audits and ensure best safety practices are implemented in the Plant operations.
Training and development of new recruitments deputed at plant on operations/ logistics activities
Maintenance of operations, HSSEQ, Accounts, Security & Project documentation
Compliance of all statutory rules and regulations applicable for the plant
Maintenance of valid statutory approvals, licenses, certificates, etc and their timely renewal
Submission of statutory returns to various Government agencies in time
LPG bulk receipts, bulk storage, tanker loading/unloading, cylinder – receipt, inspection, filling, testing, rectification, storage and dispatch
Carrying all activities related to LPG operations as per Gas Cylinder Rules , Static and Mobile Pressure Vessel Rules (Unfired) ,CCOE guidelines, Factories Rules, Labour Rules, Indian Electricity Act & Pollution Control rules and regulations.
High priority towards meeting the supply requirements of the customers.
Dispatches of product as per the indents received & good stock control – Bulk LPG & Cylinders
Every movement of materials including cylinders and LPG from and into the Plant should be against valid documents.
Maintain proper co-ordination with other Divisions and offices within the Company for smooth functioning of all activities in the Plant.
Operation and maintenance all electrical and mechanical equipment, storage tanks, buildings, roads etc in the Plant
Development, implementation and monitoring of preventive maintenance for all critical machinery
Procurement, and storage of Equipment Spares to be maintained to avoid any disruption of Plant Operations
Co-ordination to be maintained with outside agencies, statutory bodies, Govt. Departments, public, neighboring industries and community for the smooth functioning of the Plant.
Safety of transportation by effective tier 3 inspection.
Corrective actions to be taken for drivers who had done violations, conducting campaigns and organizing other trainings for transportation coordinators.
Strict control on leakage of information about the Company to outsiders and shielding the Plant information from competitors to be always ensured.
Understanding of Total’s Golden Safety Rules, Implementation of the same and encouraging / motivating Staff / workers reporting to them for implementing the same
Display of “Total Attitude” in day to day working and encouraging / motivating Staff / workers reporting to them for implementing the same
