- Transmission Line site execution and planning gets ready for on-going undertakings.
- Assets necessities for example Material Requirement, Manpower Requirement and Equipment necessity and so on.
- Arranging Budget, Cash in-stream and out stream (discretionary), Execution of Measurement and Billing.
- Getting ready month to month survey introductions. Monitoring cost varieties.
- Co-organizing arranging gatherings and specialized exercises at locales.
- Checking advancement and cost control and get ready get up to speed designs.
- Defer examination and legally binding correspondence with the customer.
- Keeping up Contract records. Designing co-appointment for readiness of illustrations, endorsement of building illustrations/reports from customer/specialist.
- Task Management Manpower Management.
- Task Co-appointment and observing Vender improvement and Resource Management.
- Task Planning and Billing (Client and Vendor) Pre Bid Tendering, Coasting and Budgeting.
- Site Management and ROW Techno-Commercial.
- Contact with merchant and customer Testing, O&M for TL.
