Job Description
- Should have knowledge in AR Calling.
- Should have done client servicing and handled clients Doctors individually.
- Should have at least 2 to 3 year experience in this role.
- Should have sound knowledge on US healthcare provider billing.
- Should be ready to work along with Doctors and their respective time zones.
- Primary point of contact for the assigned list of clients.
- Connects with the assigned list of doctors over the phone & Emails.
- Stays on top of all requests from the Doctors.
- Primary role is only to speak to the Doctors or PG assigned to them.
- Responsible for the practice performance.
- Responsible for the practice to meet their minimum collections.
