- Full Life-Cycle Recruiting experience generating understanding the opening, sourcing the right candidate, technical Pre-screening, negotiations, closing the deal and maintaining the relationship with consultants in US staffing.
- The Technical Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and recruiting technical professionals for Contract and direct hire opportunities
- Excellent English communication skill
- Experience 0.6 - 5 Year of US Recruitment with strong experience of visa H1, Green card, Citizen and EAD and Tax terms W2, 1099 and C2C.
- Strong Knowledge on US Visa and Tax Terms
- Should have working experience of the major job portals like Monster, Dice and Techfetch
- Should be willing to work in EST time zone
