There are no markings, but this is the unknown maker version documented on pages 228 233 of Marc E. Garlascos The Flak Badges (2008). The clasp is a touch loose and the wire loop is a tiny bit wiggly, I didn't feel it necessary to play with it too much. I just left it the way it came to me. I was looking for a spacious bag to carry all of my school supplies and this one is perfect. It’s able to fit both of my large school books, a 5 subject notebook, multiple pocket folder, notecards box, pencil case and my laptop in an interior padded compartment. The padding is a little thin but none the less I didn’t realize it came with one so that was a bonus. It has 3 pockets inside & 3 deep pocket outside on each side of the bag plus the 2 mesh pockets. As you can see the mesh pocket fits my 40 oz tumbler. With all of my items this bag weighs 24lbs and so far so good the straps feel pretty sturdy/durable.
