Shop quality two piece tool gently pulls arm using the spindle threads and outer crankarm threads. To use, remove crank bolt and super thin steel washer and thread in the smaller round piece into the BB30 spindle using an 8mm hex wrench. Then hand thread the bigger piece into clean outer crank threads
