The paint covers well, flows smoothly, and can be used on top of almost every other type of paints. When airbrushing make sure to use any of the following Tamiya thinners: 80020, 80030 and 80040 X designated colors have a glossy finish while XF designated colors are flat finish. The paint can be thinned using Tamiya X 20
